Additional details

1.Additional land is valued at 18,000 Baht/sq.wah.
2.The buyer shall be entirely responsible for the following:

3. The buyer shall be entirely responsible for the facilities fees i.e.

It is essential that the above-mentioned fees are fully paid 1 year in advance on the day of creation of this contract.

6. The final contract needs to be officially and legally consecrated within 15 days of the creation of the reservation contract (any modifications of the contract will be charged at 20,000 Baht each time).
