Payment Terms
Booking Deposit 100,000 baht
1st Payment: 60% on the signing Agreement to Sell date.
2nd Payment: 30% On ......Amount ......Baht
3rd  Payment: 10% Upon the Delivery date of the building and the Conveyance of Land Title. Amount Baht. (Less booking deposit 100,000 baht)

Payment Conditions
1. All lated payments is subject to penalty at the rate at 2% per month.
2. Default in payment is Subject to Forfeit of all previous payments except as agrees otherwise.
3. The buyer shall enter into the agreement within 15 days from the booking date.
4. Prices and any conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
