Window : 5 mm. up for clear glass thickness, 1.5 mm. for powder coated aluminum windows and door frame thickness.
Sanitary : AMERICAN STANDARD quality for sanitary ware.
Electrical system : Conduit pipe for electrical system according to the standard of the Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand.
Water supply system : PVC pipelines according to the standard of the Provincial Water Works Authority of Thailand. For constantly of every floor water pressure, pumping the water from underground reservoir tank to unit.
Wastewater - Treatment System : Wastewater of the building are treated altogether by COTTO or ENTECH main wastewater treatment tank, certified by the Thai industrial standard institute before release to the public.
